Generally lithium batteries can be recharged/discharge 300 to 500 times.It is better to discharge the lithium battery partially rather than completely, and to avoid frequent full discharge as much as possible. Influencing factor 1: Discharge depth and rechargeable times 


As can be seen from the figure on the left obtained by the experiment, the number of charging is related to the discharge depth. The deeper the discharge depth of the battery is, the less the number of charging times will be.


Charging times * discharge depth = total number of charging cycles completed, the higher the total number of charging cycles completed, the higher the battery life, the number of available charging times * discharge depth = actual battery life (ignoring other factors)

Influencing factor 2: Overcharge, overdischarge, and large charging and discharging currents


Avoid overcharging the battery. Any kind of overcharging of a lithium-ion battery can cause serious damage to the battery's performance and even cause it to explode.


Avoid large charging and discharging currents, which put too much pressure on the battery.

Influencing factor 3: An overheated or undercooled environment

Temperature also has a great influence on lithium battery life. A subfreezing environment can burn a lithium battery as soon as it is opened, while an overheated environment can reduce the battery's capacity.
